How do I earn points?

You earn 10 points ($10) the moment Matt connects with someone you introduce, and another 90 points ($90) when their mortgage funds — 100 points total for every funded referral. Every point is worth $1 CAD.

What counts as a referral?

Anyone you introduce to Matt who could use mortgage help — buying, renewing, refinancing or investing. Submit them through the Submit a Referral button in your rewards portal and Matt takes it from there. Make sure they're expecting his call.

When do the 10 intro points arrive?

The 10 intro points are awarded when Matt has actually met and connected with your referral — not the moment you send the introduction. This keeps things fair: points are for real connections, not just names.

What if a referral doesn't work out?

If a deal is cancelled after Matt connected with your referral, you keep the 10 intro points — the 90 funded points simply don't apply. Cancelled deals don't count toward milestone bonuses.

Other ways to earn

• Birthday bonus: add your birthday to your profile and 10 bonus points land in your Rewards Bank every year on your birthday.
• Monthly draw: the monthly winner gets 100 points added straight to their balance.
• Spin-the-wheel bonus: after each monthly draw, spin the reveal wheel in your portal — even if you didn't win, you get +1 bonus entry in the next draw just for checking.

Is there a limit?

No. There's no cap on referrals, points, or how much you can earn in a year.
