Redeeming your points

How do I redeem?

Once you have at least 10 points, open your rewards portal and click Redeem Points for Rewards. Pick a gift card from the catalogue and it's delivered to your email, usually within a couple of business days.

What can I get?

Digital gift cards from dozens of popular brands — Amazon.ca, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Home Depot, Cineplex, prepaid cards and more. 1 point = $1 CAD, so a 50-point redemption is a $50 gift card.

Do my points expire?

Never. Your points stay in your Rewards Bank until you're ready to redeem them. Save up for something bigger or redeem as you go — it's entirely up to you.

How long does delivery take?

Gift cards are usually delivered by email within a couple of business days. If yours hasn't arrived after that, email Matt at matt.parker@indimortgage.ca and he'll sort it out.

Can I cancel a redemption?

Once a gift card has been sent it can't be cancelled. If you made a mistake, contact Matt as soon as possible — if the card hasn't been fulfilled yet, he can refund the points to your balance.
